Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Fabio Nobre, operating as Nobria ("Nobria", "we"). By creating an account or using Nobria you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Contact: fabionobre.ai@gmail.com.

1. The service

Nobria is a tool for tracking your net wealth and modelling its future. You enter or import your own financial data; Nobria stores it, computes statements and runs forecasts. The service is in early access: new accounts join a waitlist and are activated by hand, and we may decline or revoke access at our discretion.

Nobria is not financial advice. Nobria is a calculation and record-keeping tool. Nothing in the app — including forecasts, probabilities, retirement ages, projections or any generated text — is investment advice, tax advice or a personal recommendation. Nobria is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Before making financial decisions, consider taking advice from a qualified, FCA-authorised adviser.

2. Forecasts and market data

Forecasts are statistical simulations built from historical market returns and the assumptions you set. Past performance does not predict future results, and no forecast is a guarantee. Live prices and exchange rates come from third-party providers and can be delayed, estimated or wrong. You are responsible for checking any figure you rely on.

3. Your account and your data

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unauthorised access attempts, no probing or disrupting our infrastructure, no automated scraping or bulk account creation, no unlawful use, and no reselling access. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Fees

Nobria is free during early access. We may introduce paid plans later. If we do, we will give existing users at least 30 days' notice, and no feature you rely on to export your data will ever sit behind a paywall.

6. Availability and changes

Nobria is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. It is operated on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that: we are not liable for financial decisions you make using the service, for losses caused by inaccurate data you entered, for third-party market data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of £100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Nobria and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (liability, governing law) survive termination.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Nobria after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you are a consumer you keep any protection and forum rights your local law gives you.
